" GYROKINESIS® level 1, format 1" In this class we are going through from chair to floor and to standing. Generally I do only one part in the online class. For example only chair (include short standing) or only floor. Through the development by those 3 levels, we explore each of our body, breathing and the fun of moving the body.
IMPORTANT,
If you have a serious back and knee problem. Then I don't recommend to take it. And also if you are not doing a Physical exercise daily. Please to take my online lesson before register. This workshop is for all level. But it is not for "complete beginner".
